Q. Where is Urban Lube located?
A. We are located in Regina and Calgary and we are seriously working on expanding to other areas soon.
Q. What modes of payment does Urban Lube offer?
A. We accept online payment, visa, MasterCard, and debit cards.
Q. How does Urban Lube remove the oil from vehicles?
A. We use a deep stick system to extract oil from vehicles and replace it with a high-quality oil. Once removed, the oil is cleaned up and recycled to reduce its impact on the environment.
Q. What services does Urban Lube provide?
A. We offer all maintenance services including filter and oil changes, fluid top-ups, light bulb, and windshield wiper replacement, seasonal tire changes/swap, transmission filter change and flush out, battery replacement and boosts, diagnostics, and other basic services, including emergency services. Q. What types of vehicles does Urban Lube service?
A. Our van technicians specialize in the servicing of cars, trucks (up to class 6), motorcycles, and SUV vehicles. By special request, we service mid-size and diesel trucks. We recently added the ability to service Semi-Trucks as well!
Q. Does Urban Lube Change Oil for Diesel Trucks and Cars?
A. Yes, we do. However, extra charges may apply.
Q. Do I need to add any other needed information?
A. Yes, tell us about your vehicle. We prefer you simply supply us with a VIN number so we can ensure we have all the parts you might need in stock. If not, we can sometimes get what we need from your vehicle’s description and License Plate #.
Q. What if you can’t access my vehicle?
A. In the event that your vehicle is inaccessible or not available at the location specified you will be subject to a $25 fee. Please notify us of any special circumstances that may make it difficult to reach your vehicle so this can be avoided.
Q. Does Urban Lube service commercial fleets?
A. Yes! Servicing commercial fleets is a major part of our business. Time of service and the number of vehicles can be arranged to suit our Fleet customers – just get in touch.
Q. Do I need to get any permits?
A. You may need to get permission if your vehicle is parked on someone else’s private property or in a public space such as a work parking lot or mall parking lot. A written permit from the owner or manager of the parking lot should be obtained before our van arrives.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. No problem. We ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice of cancellation by phone call during office hours. Otherwise, a fee of $25 may apply.
